It's Time for Couture Change

In the industry where I am and have the long years of my career, change is inevitable. In every season like the four seasons in a year, fashion has its own fast pace in shifting and creating looks that would bring every fashionistas into another dimension of trends. In each given season Fashion Designers will present their creations in the form of fashion show of which most people who has interest and love for fashion would pay attention to update themselves of "What's In and What's Out" and / or "Who's In and Who's Out."

Some outsiders of the industry view fashion like some kind of insanity. But how can this be insane when one can create something "insanely" fabulous! Really, there were people tried to understand and penetrate the system and the mind of this very creative fraternity but unfortunately most of them failed or half baked. I agree that there are a lot of things happening here that can equate with politics and showbiz but still, fashion has its own world.

Whether we accept it or not, change is certain. What's the "must have" of the moment and the most talk about "le creature" in Paris, in the next season it's going to be replaced again. Like the famous line of Heidi Klum in her top rated reality show Project Runway – "today you're in and tomorrow you're out."

To connnect this cycle in our personal lives, we are all bound for change , but sad to say, there are some who chose not to or maybe not yet. Well, there are several who found themselves at a better situation and living comfortably and some who are still struggling to have their own special corner. But whether we are in a "luxe wear" or "low-end" clothing we should not stop seeking and exert effort to become a better person… a change person. I am not saying for the ones who are living comfortably and materially blessed to be greedy and self centered but to check inwardly what else are there to be replaced for good and how they can be a help for others and make a difference. On the other hand, the "less fortunate" for most of them think they are, there are a lot of things to do in this world to turn the unpleasant circumstances to be pleasant. Look around you and you'll discover what you can do and search your heart what do you want to be come. Just pumped - up that "poor - needy spirit" on high! I made some kind – a self improvement steps below that you can check out and follow later on…If you want.

I was a great dreamer and still am; I also have my share of failures in so many ways but I didn't stop trailing on my journey to reach my goals. I already achieved some of them and I'm very thankful for that. Every end of the day I  analyze what had happened during the whole day then check what I have to improve and  to maintain.. Actually, I had  this journal before where I wrote all the good things and bad things I've done during the day. It's very helpful to see if you're improving or degrading (I want to have a new journal for this). In fashion, glamour is only the "sweet icing" on a cake, there are a lot of hard work to sweat on, disappointments to shed tears, but along these process there are also big stars of success in the end just like in real life.

Now here's some of Life - Fashion Make- Over that I want to share with you to perk up your mood. So, fashionistas read on!

1)      Refresh your current "pessimistic mind - trend" to a very "couture-ish - optimistic mind set" so you can always claim that you are "in!"
2)      Make sure that "the must-have" jacket of change is always present in your wardrobes so that every time you feel or see the need of it you can always put it on.
3)      Don't you ever dare wear the "out-dated" attitude of yours again! This is a BIG NO! You might get caught by a Fashion Police who is just around the corner.
4)      Always be grateful and thankful for whatever you have received for the "look" of the moment because sooner or later, if you are good and obedient you will acquire the ultimate "fab glorified look forever!"
5)      Don’t ever think that praying to God is unfashionable and counting your blessings is not cool.  C'mon! There's a "Director" up there watching people in the whole wide world everyday on the "catwalk" of life checking out there who's doing the best "required walk."
6)      Give yourself a chance to figure out what else do you have to infuse in your daily life like giving a "colorful" words of encouragement and a bright "crystal sparkle" smile to others. This can make a one fine day to both sides.
7)       Never say never to friends who are telling you the truth and hurting words at times to "edit" you life for the better. They are true friends of which are very hard and some say are rare to find now in this fashioned world.
8)      On the other hand be careful to your so called "friends" who always say "You look fabulous!" even you don't.
9)       Look on the mirror everyday before you leave home to check if you're wearing the right MODE or the MOOD of DISASTER.
10)   Always open for improving the "silhouette" of character for you otherwise you will hear the loud shout from the Almighty Creator, "You're Out!"

Now I'll leave everything to you my friends and fellow fashionistas. You would know if you need this and you know where you stand.

In the song Supermodel, Rupaul said "You better work!"
